The app stores workout-related data locally on your device (for app functionality), including:

  • Exercise slots and plan data
  • Workout settings
  • Workout completion history and timestamps
  • Local Pro-status flag used for UI/feature state

Payments and Subscription Data (Third Parties)

If you use paid features, purchase/subscription processing is handled by third parties:

  • Apple App Store
  • Google Play
  • RevenueCat

These services may process purchase-related metadata (for example, app user ID, subscription status, purchased product identifiers) under their own privacy policies.

How We Use Data

We use locally stored data to:

  • Provide workout planning and timer features
  • Save your preferences and history
  • Enable and restore Pro features via billing providers

We only share data with payment/subscription providers as needed to process and validate purchases.

Retention

Local workout data stays on your device until you delete it in-app or uninstall the app.
